Pygeum africanum, also called African plum, is a tree whose bark contains sterols, active compounds acting on urinary comfort in humans.

Pygeum 90 capsules Optimal Dosage is a food supplement composed of an extract of Pygeum bark, titrated at 2.5% sterols (i.e. 15 mg per day).

This supplement contributes in particular to maintaining, in men, a good functioning of the prostate, promoting urinary comfort and more peaceful nights.
