Soluble fiber

PROPERTIES:

Prebiotic fibers serve as an energy substrate for probiotic bacteria in the intestine (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli). Chicory extract helps stimulate the production of digestive body fluids and gastrointestinal movement.

Soluble Fiber provides just over 60% of the recommended daily fiber intake (25 grams).

USE :

Gradually increase your fiber intake. Dissolve a maximum dose of 10 g (1 heaped tablespoon) morning and evening in a glass of water or fruit juice.
