Melatonin 60 tablets

PROPERTIES:

Melatonin, also called the sleep hormone, regulates the body according to the light and thus indicates the moments of wakefulness and sleep. It helps to reduce the effects of jet lag(1) and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep(2).

(1) The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at destination.

(2) The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

PRESENTATION :

Dietary supplement. Pill box of 60 tablets of 450 mg.

USE :

Take 1 tablet, 20 minutes before bedtime.

This product should not replace a diversified and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Respect the advice for use, the recommended daily dose and the expiry date. Do not combine with taking sleeping pills or other sedatives. Do not use this product before or while driving vehicles or operating machinery. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under 15, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool dry place.
